LHB provided complete preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and construction survey services for a two year, $3.6 million, urban roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction project for the City of Duluth. This project included the rehabilitation of 2.65 miles of roadway, the reconstruction of six intersections and the widening of one block on 6th street. Approximate quantities were 18,300’ of curb and gutter, 3,100’ of storm sewer, and 4,050 square yards of concrete pavement.
