This new 700 student, 6-12 grade facility includes classrooms, a 6-lane pool, 700-seat auditorium, 3-station gym, athletic fields and district offices.
LHB provided pre-referendum planning and presentation assistance, as well as architecture and engineering design, wetland delineation, and construction administration services.
High Performance features for the facility include displacement ventilation, high efficiency gas boilers, and in-floor slab heat, backup generator - fiber optic with category 6 cable, daylight controls, indirect lighting, and durable, low-maintenance materials and finishes.
