Life Sciences Building Remodel

LHB provided complete design and construction administration services for the renovation of the Life Sciences Building. The renovation of the 36-year-old, 76,000 sq ft building renewed space for instructional labs, research labs, laboratory support facilities, and faculty and staff offices for the biology department and pharmacy program.
The Life Science Building was designed to meet LEED standards and is targeting LEED silver certification.
