District Remodel and Additions

Maple School District
LHB assisted Maple School District in passing a $33M referendum to provide additions and renovations to three facilities in the district and a newly designed bus facility.
The Northwestern High School will receive a 120,000 sq ft addition and 50,000 sq ft of remodel necessary to achieve ADA compliance. The High School will boast larger classrooms, safer science labs and a new auditorium
and gym space.
The Middle School received a 3,000 sq ft addition, upgrades to the electrical service, improved technology, indoor air quality through displacement ventilation, and a roof replacement.
Iron River Elementary incorporated a much needed vehicle/pedestrian safety upgrade to the site. This building received a 10,000 sq ft addition and roof replacement. The additional classroom space in the elementary school will alleviate overcrowding and create the ability to accommodate for much needed art and music space. The addition also includes a new media center and computer lab.
