Lake Superior College (LSC)
Putting their envisonmental stewardship into action, Lake Superior College’s new building addition was designed to target The United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification.
The Academic and Student Services Center is 44,000 sq ft of new office and classroom spaces, with 8,000 sq ft of remodeled space and two connecting links to the existing facility.
Project goals include LEED certification, state-of-the-art flexible technology, single point resource for student services, and reinforcement of the signature entrance through design.
