This addition and remodel creates a campus hub for technology studies.
LHB designed two additions and a major interior remodel, which includes a virtual reality lab, a new media center, Interactive-TV rooms and a machine tool shop. Acoustics and technology design serve these high tech spaces. Mechanical and electrical design ties into existing systems and provides for a new condensing hot water boiler to accommodate the addition. The new boiler can heat more efficiently and produces domestic hot water during low energy load times.
