LHB’s design for twelve new townhome units in the The Heritage Park Hope VI re-development follows the master plan’s guidelines for the new Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in north Minneapolis. The TND includes prescriptive guidelines for building scale, orientation to street, and the choice of four architectural styles. The design team created two townhome buildings and two carriage houses with the materials, massing, and detailing of the European Romantic style. These for-sale townhomes with five units in each large house and one unit over a six car garage in each carriage house contribute to the range of housing types in Heritage Park.
