LHB designed a four story addition atop an existing post-tension concrete parking ramp, columns and foundations. New stairs were cut through concrete slabs and 52 foot long plate girders were designed to support the hotel above the ramp.

The $9,000,000 addition included 113 rooms and a pool atrium.
