LHB designed the Dakota County CDA’s affordable family townhome development in Burnsville, Minnesota.
These rental townhomes are a part of the Heart of the City redevelopment plan to create a downtown environment in suburban Burnsville.
The 34 row-style townhomes are two and three bedroom units constructed with brick and stucco exteriors. A children’s play area and a gazebo for picnicing provide outdoor community space for residents.
LHB’s landscape design creates an inviting boulevard for pedestrians in the new neighborhood.
