Capitol Heights Cityhomes sit atop Capitol Hill northeast of St. Paul’s downtown and provide spectacular views of the skyline and Mississippi River. The architectural intent of the project was to design new housing in an urban setting that is in close proximity to places of work and entertainment.
Reminiscent of the traditional styles found in older St. Paul neighborhoods, the two and three bedroom townhomes have clapboard-style siding and welcoming front porches.
