Dakota-on-the-Park is a contemporary brownstone with 38 condominium and townhome units located in a mixed-use redevelopment area in downtown St. Paul. The plan for the Northeast Quadrant Neighborhood is based on New Urbanism principles that encouraging a mix of residential, commercial and open space.
Units range from one bedroom, 895 square foot loft-style condominiums to two bedroom plus den, 2000 square foot, two-story townhomes. Parking is underground.
Stoops and street level entries give the building’s facade the appearance of a series of individual dwellings, rather than one large complex. The pedestrian-friendly streetscape design plays a significant role in the urban village which includes a public park and central square.
