LHB received two Top Projects Awards from Finance & Commerce for work on the 4100 Minnetonka Blvd/Edina Realty office in St. Louis Park and for the Greenleaf Apartments and SpringHouse Ministry Center located in Minneapolis. Projects were judged for their degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
