LHB assisted Maple School District in passing a $33M referendum to provide renovations to three facilities in the district including a 120,000 sq ft addition and 65,000 sq ft of remodel necessary to achieve ADA compliance on the Northwestern High school. The referendum also provided additional classroom space at the Iron River Elementary School, and the Northwestern Middle School.
