LHB’s design for a new housing development in Apple Valley creates a village of 45 units of two- and three bedroom homes for families living on limited incomes. The townhome exteriors were designed to assimilate with the surrounding market-rate development, providing attractive homes with inviting entries, roof gables, and stone-clad columns and patios. The site includes a centrally located greenspace with a gazebo, picnic tables, and a playground for the residents’ children.
