In 2015, Carleton decided to restore Scoville’s historic splendor and its role as a campus centerpiece. Upon completion in 2017, Scoville now houses the admissions and student financial services departments, providing visitors and prospective students with a welcoming space based within Carleton’s historic roots.
The design team, led by LHB, and contractor, Terra Construction worked to together to preserve as much us of the orginial history and character that was once home to the Carleton College’s library. LHB provided architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services for this project.
